Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Shannon P. Babers, 28, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license, no vehicle insurance, unlicensed vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Justin L. Popp, 24, of Fort Campbell, Ky., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear to court for speeding, driving while intoxicated and property damage.
  • Two subjects are in custody for pending filing of formal charges of domestic assault and protective custody.
  • Travis D. Ray, 21, 715 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
  • Aaron L. Jenkins, 25, 918 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violation of probation.
  • Carmen Heather Ashley Stewart, 22, was arrested on a Cole County warrant for insufficient funds.

Summonses

  • Easton L. Meyer, 25, 416 North St. Apt. A, received a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Barbara J. May, 54, 1412 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for assault.

Thefts

  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1702 N. Kingshighway. Pamela C. Hicks, 39, of 2323 W. Cape Rock Drive, received a summons in connection with the complaint.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported three incidents of gasoline theft.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 102 Siemers Drive.
  • New Pro Motors, 402 S. Kingshighway, reported two dealer plates stolen.
  • Medication was reported stolen at 1512 Big Bend Road.

Burglary

  • Federal Home Loan Mortgage, 2037 Woodlawn Ave., reported a burglary and theft of landscape bricks taken from the property.

Property damage

  • Cici's Pizza, 221 S. Broadview St., reported graffiti on the walls.
  • A door was reported damaged at 1828 Delwin St.

Miscellaneous

  • Harrassment was reported.
  • Trespassing and resisting arrest by fleeing was reported.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • Signs were reported found at 600 N. Fountain St.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
  • A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
