Arrests
Martha Ellen Glastetter, 47, of 37 Crestview, Benton, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of stealing.
Stephen Lamar Hempstead, 22, of 906 Ranney, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving, failure to stop and failure to use signal.
Earl Lee Wilcox, 47, of 2001 Holly Ave., Apt. 138, Columbia, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Carolyn Denise Barnes, 34, of 422 Good Hope, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of trespassing.Assaults
An assault was reported Tuesday at 105 N. Clark. Nikita Dawn Smith, 17, of 105 N. Clark, Apt. 206, was issued a summons in connection with the complaint.
An assault was reported Wednesday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
Thefts
Carpet was reported stolen Tuesday at Cape Carpet and Supply Co., 772 S. Kingshighway.
A bicycle was reported stolen Tuesday at 906 S. Benton.
License plates were reported stolen Tuesday at Charter Communications, 1620 N. Kingshighway.
Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Kidd's II, 103 N. Kingshighway.
Two electric guitars were reported stolen Wednesday at 415 Bellevue.Property damage
Tires were reported damaged Tuesday at 611 Woodbine.
A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 120 N. Main.
A screen and window were reported damaged Tuesday at 107 S. Hanover.
Property damage was reported Wednesday at 205 Caruthers.
Miscellaneous A large key ring was reported found Tuesday at 2136 William.
A 1990 red Geo Metro was reported abandoned Wednesday in the 300 block of South Pacific.
