Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Gregory Lee Nicholson, 36, of 618 North St., Apt. 101, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• Joe D. Davis, 21, of 1109 Merriwether St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
• Corris R. Tabb, 48, of 403 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summons

• Lawrence L. Chowning, 42, of 814 Morgan Oak St., was issued a summons for trespassing at Jasper's, 10 S. West End Blvd.

Assault

• Assault was reported at 313 N. Fountain St.

Burglary

• Burglary was reported at 426 S. Hanover St.

Property damage

• A vehicle window, door and spoiler were reported damaged at 2819 Whitener Drive.
• Mailboxes were reported damaged at 3019 Themis St.
• Property damage was reported at 613 Boxwood Drive.

Miscellaneous

• A Missouri driver's license was found at 40 S. Sprigg St.
• A vehicle was reported tampered with at 1918 College St.
• A person was reported missing at 729 Themis St.
• An animal bite was reported at 1770 Bertling St.
