- Jeffrey L. Boyles, 24, of 1207 E. Main St. Apt. 23, was arrested for domestic assault and child endangerment.
- Jeremiah L. Owens, 22, of 1607 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nine counts of larceny.

- Kimberly A. Avalos, 35, of 403 E. Main St., was issued a summons for illegal burning.
