Cape/Jackson police report 4/30/07

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Wayne Heckrotte, 57, of 45 N. Henderson St., was issued a summons for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Eric Tunnell, 19, no address provided, was arrested on a warrant.
• A subject is in custody pending formal charges for littering, resisting arrest and assaulting a law enforcement officer.
• A subject is in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
• Mario Cortez Terry, 18, of 308 S. Ohio St. in Jackson, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

• Ivan Edwards, 27, of 1032 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for having contraband in jail.
• Stephen Trickey, of 1416 Pemiscot St., was issued a summons for a nuisance violation of weeds.
• Jarrett Hicks, 25, of 412 Sheridan Drive, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Assaults

• Assault was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.
• Eric Mackinnon, 41, of 308 Missouri Blvd. in Scott City, was issued a summons for assault.
• Domestic assault and property damage were reported.
• Assault was reported at 801 North St.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at Rhodes 101 Convenience Store, 1624 N. Kingshighway.
• Theft was reported at Rhodes 101 Convenience Store, 1624 N. Kinghighway.
• Money was reported stolen at 326 Morgan Oak St.
• Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes 101 Convenience Store, 1624 N. Kingshighway.
• Fuel was reported stolen at Jasper's Gas Station, 10 S. West End Blvd.
• Theft and property damage were reported at 3439 William St.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at New Bethel Baptist Church, 1025 S. Benton St.
• A vehicle was reported damaged at 3428 William St.
• Accidental property damage was reported at 652 S. Spring St.
• Property damage was reported at 211 St. Francis Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Child abuse was reported.
• A person was reported missing.
• An ex parte violation was reported.
• Beyond parental control and a runaway juvenile was reported.
• Child abuse was reported.
• Request for services was reported.
• A dog bite was reported at 1633 N. Main St.
• Stolen property was recovered at the intersection of Elm and Ranney streets in Scott City.

DWI

• Brian M. Randolph, 23, of 1324 Victoria Drive in Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and improper lane usage.

Arrests

• Jeffrey L. Boyles, 24, of 1207 E. Main St. Apt. 23, was arrested for domestic assault and child endangerment.
• Jeremiah L. Owens, 22, of 1607 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nine counts of larceny.

Summons

• Kimberly A. Avalos, 35, of 403 E. Main St., was issued a summons for illegal burning.

Theft

• Fuel was reported stolen from the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• Burglary, trespassing, peace disturbance and tampering with a witness was reported in the 900 block of Lake Street.
• Domestic assault and child endangerment were reported in the 900 block of Lake Street.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive.
