Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Tyler B. Mangus, 22, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Elic Lee Payne, 20, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and failure to appear.
• Bradley K. Bigham, 35, was arrested on a U.S. Marshal warrant for probation violation.
• A subject is in custody awaiting formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Summons

• Elic Lee Payne, 20, was issued a summons for resisting arrest.
• Harrison S. Foster, 20, of Scott City received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

• A request for service was reported at 449 S. Kingshighway.
• Protective custody was reported.
• A juvenile was reported as being beyond parental control.
• An attempted burglary was reported at 2012 New Madrid St.

• Libby Melton, 26, 1018 Villa Lane, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
