Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Scott P. Haney, 26, of 1801 Grandview Drive, was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and a stop sign violation.

Arrests

  • Clinton R. Bridges, 32, of 315 Morgan St. in Grand Tower, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of resisting lawful detention.
  • Shannon Paul Babers, 28, of 113 Koha St. in Benton, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

Theft

  • Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., had two reports of gasoline stolen.
  • A vehicle stereo was reported stolen at 915 Fort St.
  • A phone was reported stolen at 161 West St.
  • Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes, 1126 N. Sprigg St.

Property damage

  • A window was reported broken at Hutson's Fine Furniture, 43 S. Main St.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 123 N. Main St.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

  • Erin N. Colyott, 18, of 805 Amanda St., was issued a summons for driving without a valid driver's license and speeding.
  • Jay A. Jackson, 22, of 504 Mill St. in Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for driving with a revoked license and driving without taillights.
  • Wesley B. Rhymer, 17, of 1102 Perkins St. in Scott City, was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption and property damage.

Property damage

  • A mailbox was reported damaged in the 1600 block of Mulberry Street.
