Cape Girardeau

The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of trespassing.
  • Timothy D. Dickinson, 27, of 630 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for peace disturbance.
  • Margaret A. Fowler, 27, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Anita C. Thomas, 26, of 507 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
  • Bobbie J. Davis, 29, of 1024 William St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for leaving the scene of an accident and motor vehicle financial responsibility requirements.
  • Joshua C. Crowley, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for flashing red light.

Assault

  • A sexual assault was reported.

Summons

  • Robert E. Thompson Sr., 33, of 3030 Mimosa Drive, received a summons for prohibited acts (noise).

DWI

  • Kyle D. Kozai, 19, of 1409 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.

Thefts

  • A bicycle was reported stolen and a padlock damaged at 1130 N. West End Blvd.
  • Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Denali Construction, 2102 William St., reported a theft of tools and torch outfit with two cylinders.
  • A forgery was reported.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 1056 Dorothy Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • A stolen vehicle was reported recovered.
  • There were two reports of endangering the welfare of a child.

Jackson

The following items were reported by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

  • Kurt R. Ochoa, 38, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for trespassing and illegal dumping.

Assault

  • An assault was reported on East Jackson Boulevard.

Thefts

  • A theft was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
  • A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • A theft was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Trespassing was reported in the 400 block of North Russell Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of North Russell Street.
