Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Deborah A. Spears, 45, of 631 Themis St. No. 3, was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
• An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for unlawful use of a weapon.
• Annabel L. Griffen, 23, of 2564 Lisa St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Two female juveniles were cited for tampering with a vehicle.

Thefts

• A purse was reported stolen at 6 Girardeau Court.
• A CD player was reported stolen at 1953 Delwin St., No. 6.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

• A theft was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
• A theft was reported in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive.

Property damages

• Property damage was reported in the 400 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
