Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Michael D. Bell, 35, no address given, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation and a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
  • Jeremiah R. Twiggs, 24, 445 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
  • Veronica Hodges, 33, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Mikell D. Abraham, 21, 125 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
  • Zachary C. Pullam, 21, of Fruitland, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
  • Beverly D. Haley, 27, 2403 Sunny Lane, Apt. B, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and resisting arrest by flight.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges of attempting to flee from custody.
  • Montia L. McCauley, 36, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on Mississippi County warrants for failure to appear and a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
  • Susan M. Lowe, 32, 426 Bellevue St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
  • Stephanie D. Windisch, 42, and Jerry L. Curry, 43, both of 520 S. Hanover St., were arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Jamirraha A. Ward, 18, 622 Bellevue St., Apt. A., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

  • Albert Toombs, 51, 507 S. Frederick St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

Burglary

  • First-degree burglary was reported at 607 North St. Cash was reported stolen.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 3039 William St.
  • Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported a theft of shoes.
  • Computers were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
  • An air conditioner was reported stolen at 31 N. Henderson Ave.
  • Bi-State, 902 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Prescription drugs were reported stolen at 519 N. Second St.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 3261 William St.
  • Money was reported stolen at 225 S. West End Blvd.

  • Trespassing and peace disturbance were reported at 623 Jefferson Ave.

  • Devin M. Biri, 19, 223 Morgan St., Apt. 6, was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.

  • Property damage was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.
