The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs Rodney Patrick Pearman, 19, of RR1 Box 17, Cairo, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign and minor in possession of alcohol.
Joseph O'Neil Frey, 47, of 1402 Big Bend Road, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and traffic violations.
Arrests David L. Franklin II, 24, of 1221 Tamms Road, Ullin, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Kevin Dale Mallett, 40, of 2003 Narvel Felts, Malden, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with the intent to distribute.
Billy Jack Wheeler, 26, of 1535 Truce Creek Road, McEwen, Tenn., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with the intent to distribute.
Amy Marie Foor, 17, of 1222 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Latondria A. Valentine, 36, of 826 Elm Street, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on two city of Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear, two city of Cape Girardeua warrants for contempt of court and speeding and a Perry County warrant for fraud.
Summonses
Robin Lynn Slinkard of 1126 N. Fountain, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of striking a legally stopped vehicle.
Matthew David Schario of 1600 County Road 335, Jackson, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of following too closely.
Wendy Lynn Farrow, 46, of 617 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of failure to pay water/sewer/ trash charges.
Thefts
Checks were reported stolen Wednesday at Schenimann Auto Body, 315 N. Broadview.
A purse and contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 1124 William.Burglary
Cash was reported stolen Thursday in a burglary at 528 N. Fountain.
Miscellaneous
Forgery was reported Wednesday at Schenimann Auto Body, 315 N. Broadview.
A 39-year-old female was taken into protective custody Wednesday. Jackson

Lance W. Farrow, 33, of 1057 Patricia, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of larceny.
Parrish T. Stroder, 40, of 1418 Woodland Drive, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Poplar Bluff warrant for passing bad checks and a Butler County warrant for failure to appear.
Bradley C. Bollinger, 31, of 336 Elm Street, Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for statutory rape and statutory sodomy.
Summonses Jeffery Oliver, 42, of 291 State Hwy. OO, Burfordville, Mo., was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of improper parking.
Kyle Kieninger, 17, of 192 Caladium Lane, Jackson, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving and property damage.
Nathan Leoni, 17, of 624 Randy Drive, Jackson, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving.
Theft Theft was reported Wednesday in the 100 block of West Jackson Blvd.

A peace disturbance was reported Thursday in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
