Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Matthew D. Chrisopher, 20, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for speeding, no seat belt, failure to show proof of insurance and suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

  • Charity K. Cochran, 28, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two warrants for contempt of court.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported.

Miscellaneous

  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • A third-degree assault was reported.
  • A subject was taken into protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

  • Isamel P. Rodriguez Jr., 26, HC 66, Box 552, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Patricia N. Edwards, 20, 1554 Saratoga Ave., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for speeding, failure to wear a seat belt and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
  • Anthony D. Darlage, 38, 209 Lindsey Lane, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.
  • Casey Lee Joseph Cardwell, 20, 1460 Bella Vista Drive, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.

Thefts

  • A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
  • A theft was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

Peace disturbances

  • A disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Parkwood Circle.
  • A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Main Street.
  • A keep-the-peace request was made in the 2100 block of Bainbridge Road.
  • A fight in progress was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A traffic hazard was reported in the area of North Russell Avenue.
  • A motorist assist was made in the area of East Main Street and Old Orchard Road.
  • Harassment calls in the 1300 block of Donna Lynn Drive were reported.
