The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • James D. Noland, 47, 1024 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

  • Michael E. Uhls, 53, 2540 Kenneth Drive, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Sean C. Connors, age not given, 800 N. Missouri Ave., was issued a summons for trespassing.

Thefts

  • Sears, 330 Siemers Drive, reported the theft of an Xbox game.
  • A theft was reported at 3049 William St.
  • A theft of a purse was reported at 202 Siemers Drive.
  • SEMO Otolarnygology, 18 Doctors Park, reported a theft of equipment.
  • A peace disturbance was reported at 2126 Independence St.
  • Child abuse was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

  • Jesse Brawley, 21, of 724 W. Jackson Blvd., No. 3, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

  • Whitney M. Conklin, 30, 1588 County Road 618, was issued a summons for failure to appear.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 1100 block of K Land Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Greensferry Road.
