Arrest

• Roger Poole, 22, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

• Hannah G. Melvin, 17, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for stealing under $500.
• Letia D. Walker, 20, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

Thefts

• A theft was reported.
• Bi-State Southern reported a theft.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft.
• A theft was reported at 3013 Mimosa Drive.
• A theft was reported at 615 Sycamore Circle.

Property damage

• A car door was reported damaged at 1444 Independence St.
• Property was reported damaged.

Miscellaneous

• An ex parte violation was reported.
• A Missouri trailer license plate was found at William Street and Kingshighway.
• Someone operating a motor vehicle in the grass of city park was reported.

• Michael Loren Allison, 31, 526 S. Shawnee Blvd., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Craig Aaron Raney, 26, 806 Hunze Drive, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
