Cape Girardeau

The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Anthony L. Taylor, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while suspended.
  • Erinn M. Steinbeck, 26, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay fines for speeding and failure to pay fines for two seat belt violations.
  • Jesse V. Dorris, 37, of 1332 N. Spanish St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for false declarations and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Patricia A. Cox, 41, of 422 Bellevue St., Apt. B, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to appear for no insurance and failure to notify of an accident.
  • Donna K. Donner, 48, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Jacob D. Ferguson, 20, of 2831 Whitener St., No. 10, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful obstruction of street and resisting arrest.
  • Tammy J. McCraven, 31, of Dongola, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of false declaration and failure to stop at stop sign and a Cape Girardeau warrant for domestic assault.
  • Two girls, ages 15 and 16, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
  • Michelle N. Thiele, 28, of 133 Parkwood Lakes, No. 8, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of marijuana and driving while revoked.
  • Timothy D. Dickison Sr., 27, of 630 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for peace disturbance.
  • Kittrel E. Braselman, 44, of 423 Hanover St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for insurance identification card required, possession of drug paraphernalia and stealing.
  • Roger W. Poole Jr., 21, of 429 S. Benton St., Apt. C, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for leaving the scene of an accident and improper registration.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
  • Jimmie L. Greer Jr., 18, of Wilson, Mo., was arrested on two Mississippi County warrants for sexual assault and statutory rape.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of assault and property damage.

Summonses

  • Delaina R. Egson, 19, of 1318 N. Sprigg St., No. 1, received a summons for stealing.
  • Samuel I. Nelson, 29, of Ullin, Ill., received a summons for allowing a dog to defecate on property.

Assaults

  • An assault was reported.
  • A domestic assault was reported.

DWIs

  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive within a single lane and no valid operator's license.
  • William F. Durham, 42, of 536 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failed to drive within single lane and no valid operator's license.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, motor vehicle accident, operating a motor vehicle while license suspended, left the scene of an accident, failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to maintain right half of roadway.

Thefts

  • A computer and components were reported stolen at 617 Sycamore Circle.
  • Rhodes 101, 2019 William St., reported two thefts of gasoline.
  • A computer was reported stolen at 308 Lorimier St.
  • A driver's license, ID and miscellaneous cards were reported stolen.
  • Financial Planning, 1320 N. Kingshighway, reported a burglary.
  • Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway reported two computers, a bedroom set and mattress set rented were not returned.
  • DVDs were reported stolen at 115 N. Fountain St.
  • Cape Club Complex, 433 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of bank bags.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • A tool box with tools, a CD player and a briefcase and contents were reported stolen at 943 Bellevue St.
  • Thorngate Outlet Store, 10 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of clothing.
  • Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of currency.

Property damage

  • Damage to a vehicle was reported at 235 S. Spanish St.

Miscellaneous

  • A dog bite was reported at 926 N. Middle St.
  • A peace disturbance was reported.
  • Failure to maintain property free of trash and litter was reported.
  • A 23-year-old woman was taken into protected custody.

Jackson

The following items were reported by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

  • A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • Fraud was reported in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 400 block of South Shawnee Avenue.

Miscellaneous

  • Illegal parking was reported in the 1000 block of Anna Street.
