The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated.
  • Robert Kleweno, 33, 14 Pemiscot St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and for driving while suspended.
  • Anthony Laurentius, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and no seat belt.
  • Terry Anthony Mead, 21, 1437 Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, driving while intoxicated, false declaration and no turn signal.

Arrest

  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and property damage.

Summons

  • Patrick Lowery, 21, 233 N. Ellis St., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.
  • Louis Bollasina, 19, of St. Louis received a summons for false declaration.
  • Andrew Joseph Smith, 22, 237 N. Ellis St., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

Assault

  • A domestic assault and stealing were reported.
  • A domestic assault was reported.

Theft

  • A window was broken out of a vehicle and a purse was taken at 14514 Walker Road.
  • A vehicle was reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 612 Morgan Oak St.
  • A washer and dryer were reported stolen at 520 S. Sprigg St.
  • A purse and contents were reported stolen from 720 Bertling St.

  • Careless and imprudent driving reported.
  • A 52-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 23-year-old woman was reported missing; later found.
  • A 13-year-old boy was reported missing; later found.
  • A 31-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

The Jackson Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

  • Eric A. Smith, 17, 913 County Road 468, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.
  • James L Roper, 39, 106 S. Main St., Perryville, Mo., received a criminal summons for forgery.
  • Travis Gibson, 34, 5122 Highway 77, Benton, Mo., received a criminal summons for violation of an order of protection, resisting lawful stop, driving while suspended and failure to maintain insurance.

  • Report of property damage in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
