The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrest Ronald W. Boyd, 24, of 905 Chestnut St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear.
Assaults Jackie T. Robinson, 29, of 312 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault and armed criminal action.
James D. Noland, 42, of 510 N. Fountain, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault.
Bradley W. McIntyre, 43, of 405 Albert St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of domestic assault and property damage.
A suspect was placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for assault and domestic assault.
Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Winks at 1803 Independence.
Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
Burglary Clothing was reported damaged in a burglary Wednesday at 1541 Briarcliff.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 522 S. Sprigg.

Arrest Janie K. Kielhofner, 53, of 191 County Road 274, Oran, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Chaffee warrant for stealing.
Summons Jeffrey Sutton, 31, of 10080 Highway B, Perryville, Mo., received a summons Wednesday for careless and imprudent driving.
Miscellaneous A report of a child custody dispute was made Wednesday in the 700 block of Rosamund Street.
Theft was reported Wednesday in the 700 block of South Hope Street.
Sexual misconduct was reported Tuesday in the 1100 block of Trail Ridge.
A request was made Tuesday to check on the well being of a person in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.
An assault was reported Wednesday in the 500 block of West Washington.
