Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Chad Moore, 34, of Scott City received a summons for driving while intoxicated.
• Byron Nelson Bollinger, 60, 214 Alpine St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

• Randy L. Vincent, 18, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and failure to appear.
• Demetrius D. Clary, 40, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Summonses

• Jacob T. Haff, 21, of Jackson received a summons for trespassing.
• Adam C. Grant, 17, of Jackson received a summons for trespassing.
• Terrance D. Mosley, 19, 331 Lorimier St., Apr. B, received a summons for resisting arrest by fleeing.
• Mary Lou Welter of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for stealing from Macy's, 3049 William St.

Theft

• A license plate was stolen at 617 Sycamore Circle.
• License tabs were reported stolen at 1626 N. West End Blvd.

Assault

• A second-degree domestic assault was reported.
• A third-degree domestic assault was reported.

• Kim E. Smithey, 47, of Oak Ridge received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to have insurance.
• Matt P. Stoelb, 35, 648 Sprigg Street, Cape Girardeau received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Sandra Kaye Bartels, 36, of Benton, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Zachariah M. Martinez, 29, 803 W. Main St., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Nathan Paul Shank, 17, 135 Otto Drive, received a summons for operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.
• John Mark Baker, 54, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.
• Katelyn Danielle Johnson, 22, of Burfordville received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Lorean Rae Terbrak, 19, 304 Tavy Drive, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Kelly A. Simmons, 30, of Arnold, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.
• David Brice Watkins, 40, 615 Bainbridge Road, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Christina L Flannigan, 33, 3514 U.S. 51, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 1400 block of Deerwood Drive.

Theft

• A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

• Fraud was reported in the 1500 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• Harassment was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
• Harassment calls were reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
