Arrests Jason Curtis Harris, 21, of 912 Hickory, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of trafficking and driving while revoked.
Samemia Camecia Twiggs, 18, of 208 S. Middle was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.
Melissa Dawn Randol, 33, of 20 S. Sprigg was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
Johnnie Wilbert Treadwell II, 20, of 1119 Bloomfield was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of tampering with evidence.
Chanda Renee Edmonds, 30, of 103 N. Clark St., Apt. 103, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Dameon Wayne Oakley, 19, of 127 Kona, Benton, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Arvil Lee Skinner, 58, of 402 W. 6th St., Portageville, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault.
Harold Delontay Jackson, 25, of 808 Liberty, Farmington, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.
Hubert Eugene Hubbard, 38, of 529 S. Ellis was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while revoked.
Truman Barkley Jackson, 17, of 1409 Bridge St., Scott City, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing.
Summonses Deborah A. Davis, 40, of 555 N. Spring, Apt. 40, was issued a summons Tuesday on suspicion of operating an unlicensed vehicle.
Brannon Garrett Douglas, 22, of 1430 Independence, Apt. 4, was issued a summons Tuesday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jack Harward Knowlan of 3748 County Road 361 was issued a summons Tuesday on suspicion of following too closely.
Angela L. Smith of 412 Dearborn, Scott City, was issued a summons Tuesday on suspicion of striking a legally stopped vehicle, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and failure to use a child restraint.
Ovell Brown Jr., 24, of 1018 S. Benton, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of operating an unlicensed vehicle.
Assaults
An assault and careless and imprudent driving was reported Tuesday.

Thefts
Tools were reported stolen Tuesday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
Food was reported stolen Tuesday by Rhodes at 10 S. West End Blvd. A 12-year-old male was cited to juvenile court.
Checks were reported stolen Tuesday at 11 S. Kingshighway.
Prescription medication was reported stolen Tuesday at 211 St. Francis Dr.
Cigarettes were reported stolen Tuesday at 19 S. Kingshighway.
A DVD player and Playstation were reported stolen Tuesday at 3439 William. A suspect was placed in custody pending filing of formal charges.
Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday at Bi-State, 920 N. Kingshighway.
A purse and contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 555 N. Spring.Property damage
A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 129 S. Hanover.
A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday in the 300 block of Pacific.
A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at Main and Mason.
Miscellaneous Check forgery was reported Tuesday at 276 Siemers Dr.
Check forgery was reported Tuesday at 202 Siemers Dr.
A suspect was placed in custody Tuesday pending filing of formal charges for improper registration, no proof of insurance, possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.
Check forgery was reported Tuesday at 11 S. Kingshighway.
Check forgery was reported Tuesday at 100 West Park Mall.
A 46-year-old male was taken into protective custody Tuesday.
A suspect was placed in custody Tuesday pending filing of formal charges for driving while revoked.
A clipboard with checks was found Wednesday at 40 S. Sprigg.
A peace disturbance was reported Wednesday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
