Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Keith A. Sebastian, 49, 1300 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to register vehicle.
• Two juveniles, ages 15 and 10, were cited into juvenile court for stealing.
• A subject is in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.
• Erin M. Steinbeck, 27, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 211, was arrested on a probation violation.
• Veronica D. Gardner, 38, 421 S. Ellis st., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.

Summonses

• Breia S. Twiggs, 17, 1006 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
• Eric W. Seekford, 28, of Bertrand, Mo., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Assaults

• An assault was reported.
• An assault and armed criminal action was reported.
• An assault and robbery was reported.

Thefts

• Rhodes 101, of 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of currency.
• Prescription medications were reported stolen at 2100 Bessie St.
• A gold-plated flatware set was reported stolen at 316 S. Louisiana St.
• Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported theft of gasoline.
• Personal papers were reported stolen at 224 Independence St.

Property damage

• A building was reported spray painted at 296 Christine St.
• A garage door was reported spray painted at 325 S. Kingshighway.
• Property damage at 335 Christine St. was reported.
• A rail was reported spray painted at 1 Arena Park Drive.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

• A theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
