DWI

  • Anthony Rey Orta, 22, 1533 Sylvan Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and improper lane usage.
  • Melissa Lee Holmes, 29, 807 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and improper lane usage.

Arrests

  • Danielle H. Gartley, 21, 301 Riverview Blvd., Chester, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Kiysha M. Venson, 28, 151 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • Andrew R. Vanek, 23, 229 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Randy L. Robinson, 31, 38242 Grapevine Trail, McClure, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • Antoine L. Chillers, 30, Eight Village Drive, Apt. 5, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Randy L. Vincent, 18, 403 Clinton St., Malden, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • Xavier R. Wilford, 19, 2813 Whitener St., Apt. G-1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • Walter W. Gordan, 20, 1104 William St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Stephanie N. Porter, 23, 838 Tanner St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court.
  • Anthony A. Howard, 27, 420 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second-degree burglary.
  • A subject was arrested pending formal charges of no operator's license, unlicensed vehicle, seat belt and child restraint violation and false report.
  • A suspect was arrested pending formal charges of second- and third-degree domestic assault.
  • A 16-year-old boy was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of controlled substances and weapon violation.
  • Betty A. Logan, 19, 513 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

  • Tony Lamark Harris Jr., 22, 1335 Amblewood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

  • Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported the theft of food.
  • New Pro Motors, 402 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of wheels and tires.
  • Cape Girardeau Physicians Associates, 3250 Gordonville Road, No. 301, reported the theft of money.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
  • An Apple iPod Nano was reported stolen from 1327 Carolyn Drive.
  • A 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix was reported stolen from 25 S. Sprigg St. The car was later recovered.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen from 719 William St.
  • Bi State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a gasoline theft.

Burglary

  • Rings and a necklace were reported stolen from 2883 Hopper Drive.

  • Cory D. Jarrett, 19, 605 E. Main St., Apt. 2, was issued a summons for trespassing.

Theft

  • A cell phone was stolen from a vehicle in the 700 block of Greens-ferry Road.

  • A domestic assault was reported in the 1400 block of East Main Street.

  • A request to keep the peace was made in the 700 block of East Main Street.
  • Trespassing was reported in the 400 block of West Madison Street.
