Cape/Jackson police report 11/12/07

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Mason Wallace Loy, 19, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

• Melanie Swift, 19, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• Linda Cooper, 53, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for excessive growth and maintaining a nuisance.
• Calandra Jones-Jackson, 21, 2819 Whitener St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear, speeding and seat belt violation.

Summonses

• Cloy Williams, of Panama City Beach, Fla., was issued a summons for solicitation without a license.
• Ranny Williams, of Panama City Beach, Fla., was issued a summons for solicitation without a license.

Assault

• A domestic assault was reported at 546 S. Sprigg St. A 25-year-old man is in custody in connection with the incident pending formal charges.

Theft

• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft.
• Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings-highway, reported a theft.
• Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft.
• Theft was reported.
• Theft was reported.
• Theft was reported at 104 South Vantage Drive.

Burglary

• A burglary was reported at 338 S. Ellis St.

Property damage

• A front door was damaged at 121 E. Rodney St.
• A driver's-side car window was reported damaged at 1105 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

• Protective custody was reported.
• Filing a false police report was reported.

The Jackson Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Christopher J. Bushong, 54, of Middle Brook, Mo., was arrested on an Iron County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of dog at large and a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Summons

• Megan E. Goncher, 23, 1942 Briarwood Drive, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Miscellaneous

• A verbal dispute was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
• Loud music was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
• A verbal dispute was reported in the 900 block of Clark Street.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North High Street.
