Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Christopher N. Mackey, 2834 Whitener St., Apt. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
• A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle while displaying license plates belonging to another vehicle.
• ChiChi Laverne Manus, 54, 636 Koch Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation, stealing.
• Vicki Jane Letgrate, 49, 901 First St., Scott City, was arrested for a turn-signal violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A subject was arrested pending formal charges of assault.
• Scott Logan Hays, 24, 315 S. Middle St., Apt. 2, was arrested on Cape Girardeau and Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for suspended license.
• A subject was arrested pending filing of formal charges of domestic assault and assault.
• David E. Sanders, 43, 1032 County Road 382, Whitewater, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation for possession of marijuana.
• David Anthony Carter, 50, homeless, was arrested on a probation parole warrant for probation violation for manufacturing a controlled substance.

Summonses

• James W. Morgan, 63, 814 Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
• Anthony Rickell Brown, 21, 402 Foster, Portageville, Mo., was issued a summons for prohibited acts, noise control (loud stereo).
• Jeremy Richard Weber, 20, 1605 Colony Park, Scott City, was issued a summons for prohibited acts (noise).

Assaults

• An assault was reported.
• A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.
• Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
• A bicycle was reported stolen at 1430 Independence St., Apt. 1.
• Concrete forms were reported stolen at Woodland Hills and Greenbriar drives.
• A vehicle, license plate 9BE-96B, was reported stolen.
• A wallet was reported stolen at Broadway and Spanish Street.
• A checkbook and assorted jewelry were reported stolen from 3303 Campster Drive.
• Bi-State Southern Gasoline, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Property damage

• A broken door window was reported at 611 Mechaw Drive.

Burglary

• Cash was reported stolen during a burglary at 2012 New Madrid St.

Miscellaneous

• Failure to maintain property free of weeds was reported.
• A purse and wallet were found at Kiwanis Park.

• Zachary Ryan Young, 24, 1830 Mulberry St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property.
