Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Lacretia R. Nabors, 43, 904 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud, insufficient funds and passing bad checks.
  • Titus D. Brockman, 18, 2824 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court, for failure to pay fine and cost for prohibited acts, noise disturbance.
  • Ryan T. Frenz, 24, of 1802 Broadway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • David E. Nolen, 31, was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked, failure to drive in a single lane, failure to register and no headlights.
  • Amy D. Thompson, 33, 7435 Old County Road, McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.

Summons

  • Richard R. Ring, 32, 308 N. Benton St., received a summons for prohibited acts, driving while revoked.

Assault

  • A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Mid-America Outdoor, 1009 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a utility trailer.
  • Hertz, 879 N. Kingshighway, reporter the theft of a 2007 Gray Subaru Tribeca, Missouri license 468WKR.
  • Cash was reported stolen at 709 S. Ellis St.
  • Cash was reported stolen at 1800 Broadway.
  • An ATV was reported stolen at 1117 Emily Court.

Property damage

  • Vehicle damage was reported at North West End Boulevard and Rockwood Drive.

  • A 55-year-old man was taken into protective custody at Water Street and Broadway.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported on East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

  • Damage was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
  • Damage was reported in the 4800 block of Old Cape Road.

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the 4600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

  • A keep-the-peace request was reported in the 500 block of Maryland Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Maryland Street.
  • A disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
