Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Matthew J. Frederick, 29, 1504 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
- Randi C. Williams, 20, 2077 Pear Tree Court, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, no proof of insurance, no taillights and unlicensed vehicle.
Summonses
- Faith Vanamburg, of Frohna, Mo., received a summons for improper left turn.
- Charles E. Hamilton, 38, of 105 Green Acres Drive, received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
DWI
- Jonathan D. Stephenson, 49, 2850 Lynwood Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence.
Thefts
- Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
- Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported fuel stolen.
- Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
- A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at Interstate 55.
- A thermal bag was reported stolen at 2828 Bevin Drive.
- A 1994 black Cadillac was reported stolen at Benton and Independence streets.
- Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
- A cell phone was reported stolen at 2790 Adeline Ave.
- An Xbox, games and a television were reported stolen at 612 N. Fountain St.
- Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
- A pink-and-purple bicycle was reported stolen at 1310 W. Cape Rock Drive
Property damage
- A window pane was reported broken and Plexiglas damaged at 522 S. Ellis St.
Miscellaneous
- A 1993 white Chevrolet Cavalier was reported abandoned in the 500 block of South Ellis Street.
- A 1992 black Pontiac Grand Am was reported abandoned at 622 Jefferson Ave.

Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- David B. Patterson, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Assault
- An assault was reported in the area of North Shawnee Boulevard and East Main Street.
Summons
- Shirley J. Bowman, 52, 202 W. Vale Drive, received a summons for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.
Thefts
- A theft was reported in the 3000 block of Jackson Boulevard.
- A theft was reported in the 1800 block of Old Toll Road.
- A burglary was reported in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive.
- A theft was reported in the 200 block of Hillside Drive.
- A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Property damage
- Property was reported damaged in the 1400 block of Parkwood Circle.

- A disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Greensferry Road.
- A disturbance was reported in the 2900 block of Old Cape Road.
- A disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
- A disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Corinne Street.
- A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Abbie Court.
- A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Adams Street.
- A domestic dispute was reported in the 600 block of Charlotte Court.
- Trespassing was reported in the 800 block of Green Meadows Drive.
