Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Tequilla D. Blake, 27, 515 North St., No. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Kyle T. Jaco, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
  • A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with property damage and trespassing.
  • William B. Stewart, 17, of Odenville, Ala., was arrested on suspicion of fleeing lawful detention and possession of an imitation controlled substance.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of robbery.
  • Misty J. Batterton, 23, 709 Albert St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Richard D. Ozment, 19, of Millersville was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for two counts of probation violation.
  • Kristen E. Miller, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported at 2814 Whitener St. Money was reported stolen in the incident.

Thefts

  • Kohlfeld Distributing reported alcohol stolen at 407 Morgan Oak St.
  • A snowman decoration was reported stolen at 1127 N. Middle St.
  • Christmas decorations and a Valentine's Day sign were reported stolen at 1105 Linden St.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1900 Thilenius St.

Property damage

  • Pagliai's Pizza, 1129 Broadway, reported a lock damaged, steel chain taken and iron pole broken.
  • A vehicle door was reported damaged at 2587 Fairlane Drive.

Assault

  • A domestic assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

  • Maintaining a nuisance by failing to remove a television was reported.
  • A subject was released pending charges of forgery, driving while revoked, speeding, tampering with evidence and interference with arrest.
  • A subject was released pending formal charges of stealing.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department release the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Adam Beck, 28, of 2813 Whitener St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, felony resisting arrest, possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless and imprudent driving and driving while revoked, and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

  • Bryant D. Buessink, 24, 2599 Travelers Way, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Stephen M. Mantz, 64, 209 Elm St., was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

Assault

  • An assault was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Thefts

  • Utilities were reported stolen in the 600 block of West Washington Street.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 700 block of West Main Street.
