DWI
- Ronald A. Baker, 26, 440 Robin Lane was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
- Shaltetra D. Harris, 18, 219 S. Pacific St., No. 1, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and cost for having no operator's license.
- Eric Leon Johnson, 30, 813 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.
- Donna Sue Pobst, 40, 1400 S. West End Blvd., No. 40, was arrested on suspicion of two acts of contempt of court.
- Benjamin Craig Orwig, 32, 132 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of parole violation.
Thefts
- Danny R. Davenport II, 3268 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing a Yamaha four-wheeler.
- J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported a theft. Ryan Warner Wheeling of Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
- Rhodes at 1126 N. Sprigg St. reported gasoline stolen.
Property damage
- Property damage was reported at 230 N. Sprigg St.
- Damage to a vehicle was reported at 156 Vantage Drive.
Miscellaneous
- CDs, a CD carrying case and miscellaneous papers were reported found in the 1400 block of David Street.
- Disturbing the peace was reported.
- Two instances of forgery were reported.
- Interference with custody was reported.

- Stealing was reported in the 700 block of Deerwood Drive.
