Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Ronald A. Baker, 26, 440 Robin Lane was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Shaltetra D. Harris, 18, 219 S. Pacific St., No. 1, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and cost for having no operator's license.
  • Eric Leon Johnson, 30, 813 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.
  • Donna Sue Pobst, 40, 1400 S. West End Blvd., No. 40, was arrested on suspicion of two acts of contempt of court.
  • Benjamin Craig Orwig, 32, 132 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of parole violation.

Thefts

  • Danny R. Davenport II, 3268 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing a Yamaha four-wheeler.
  • J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported a theft. Ryan Warner Wheeling of Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
  • Rhodes at 1126 N. Sprigg St. reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 230 N. Sprigg St.
  • Damage to a vehicle was reported at 156 Vantage Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • CDs, a CD carrying case and miscellaneous papers were reported found in the 1400 block of David Street.
  • Disturbing the peace was reported.
  • Two instances of forgery were reported.
  • Interference with custody was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

  • Stealing was reported in the 700 block of Deerwood Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • Fraud was reported in the 1000 block of Anna Street.
  • Found property was reported at East Main and Hope streets.
  • A violation of a court order was reported in the 1300 block of Brandom Street.
  • Loitering was reported on East Jackson Boulevard.
  • Disturbing the peace was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
