David Ray Bergstrom II, 21, of 1300 W. Mar Elm, Lot 8, Scott City, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and traffic violations.Arrests

Henry E. Kuehner Jr., 20, of 6441 S. Kingshighway, St. Louis, was arrested Thursday on a St. Louis County warrant.

James Chris Amsden, 38, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance.

Melissa Ann Wiles, 36, of 108 Dunkirk, Farmington, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance.

Elizabeth Diane Stacy, 29, of Box 28 Hiram, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of pseudophedrine.

Mickel Paul Yount, 38, of Box 28 Hiram, Marble Hill, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of pseudophedrine.

Lamel Maurice Curry, 29, of 804 S. Pacific, rear, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Vickie Lynn Allen, 27, of 616 Sycamore, Apt. 118, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

Summons Charles Frederick Bauer, of 2272 County Road 401, Benton, Mo., was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of striking a legally parked vehicle.

Assaults An assault was reported Wednesday at 205 Caruthers. A 13-year-old male was cited to juvenile court on the complaint.

A domestic assault was reported Wednesday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

A subject was placed in custody Wednesday pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault.

Thefts Stealing was reported Wednesday at 407 Morgan Oak.

Chickens were reported stolen Wednesday from 418 S. Pacific.

A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday from 2842 Independence.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday from Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday from Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

Telephone harassment was reported Wednesday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Food was reported stolen Wednesday from Red Lobster, 3269 William. Brian David Rollo, 20, of 103 Cadillac Shores, Cadillac, Mich., and Joseph Anis King, 19, of 11810 Hilltop Lane, Cadillac, were arrested on the complaint on suspicion of stealing and driving while suspended. A 16-year-old male juvenile was also cited to juvenile court on the complaint.

Food was reported stolen Wednesday at Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway.

Liquor was reported stolen Thursday at Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg.

Property damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 211 St. Francis Drive.Miscellaneous

A silver 1991 Buick Regal was towed Wednesday in the 800 block of Themis.

Thefts A motor vehicle was reported stolen Wednesday in the 100 block of South High Street.

A cellular phone was reported stolen Wednesday in the 300 block of South Hope Street.

Anhydrous ammonia was reported stolen Thursday in the 1700 block of Lee Avenue.

Miscellaneous Harassment was reported Wednesday on Old Cape Road.

A peace disturbance was reported Wednesday in the 800 block of Jessica.

A peace disturbance was reported Wednesday in the 900 block of West Independence.

A peace disturbance was reported Wednesday in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

A cat was reported stuck in a tree Wednesday in the 4600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

A suspicious vehicle was reported Wednesday on West Jackson Boulevard.
