Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Michael Christopher Criddle, 17, of 1005 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Otis D. Rutherford, 17, address unavailable, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of assault.

Bryan S. Kinder, 18, of Marquand, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant, for failure to appear.

Robert W. Poley, 25, of 1002 Bloomfield Road, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday at Huck's on 353 S. Kingshighway.

Vehicle title, registration and inspection sheet were reported stolen Tuesday at 2074 Corporate Circle.

A check was reported stolen Tuesday at 1827 Bloomfield St.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Tuesday at 1 S. Kingshighway.

Basketball jerseys were reported stolen Wednesday at Casey's Fashions at 318 S. Sprigg St.

Checks were reported stolen Wednesday at 121 E. Rodney Drive.

Property Damage

Vehicle damage was reported Tuesday at 45 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported Tuesday at Wood & Huston Bank at 111 S. Broadview St.

Forgery was reported Tuesday at 1024 Jefferson Ave.Jackson
