* At 6:12 a.m., smoke in the area of Derbyshire Lane and Kent Drive.

* At 7:10 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1600 block of North Kingshighway.

* At 7:49 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1700 block of North Kingshighway.

* At 11:33 a.m., an alarm sounding in the 1000 block of North Sprigg Street.

* At 2:45 p.m., emergency medical service in the 100 block of North Park Avenue.
