* At 4:59 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1300 block of North Kingshighway.

* At 5:23 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1500 block of Parksite Drive.

* At 6:40 p.m., a box alarm at 1333 Howell St.

* At 6:54 p.m., emergency medical service in the 2400 block of Albert Rasche Drive.

* At 8:55 p.m., a mutual assist to Scott City for a house fire.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Wednesday:

* At 2:20 a.m., a car fire at Wisteria Drive and Mount Auburn Road.

* At 2:35 a.m., emergency medical service in the 3000 block of Wisteria Drive.

* At 2:46 a.m., a rubbish fire at 500 S. Ellis St.

* At 3:22 a.m., an alarm sounding at 1000 Towers Circle.
