Firefighters responded to the following calls Wednesday:

• At 4:44 p.m., medical assist in the 1100 block of Linden Street.
• At 5:31 p.m., illegal burn in the 800 block of Morgan Oak Street.
• At 6:32 p.m., alarm sounding at 4614 Nash Road.
• At 8:46 p.m., smoke in apartment at 601 N. Sprigg St.
• At 9:12 p.m., medical assist in the 2800 block of Independence Street.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Thursday:

• At 10:09 a.m., emergency medical service in the 100 block of Louisiana Avenue.
• At 12:05 p.m., emergency medical service in the 300 block of Siemers Drive.
• At 1:24 p.m., smell of smoke on North Spanish Street.
• At 1:35 p.m., motor vehicle accident at William Street and South Kingshighway.
• At 2:09 p.m., line down in the unit block of North Park Drive.
