Arrests

  • Timothy F. Stewart, 62, of Granite City, Illinois, was arrested on a Madison County warrant for driving without a license.
  • Yasir A.A. Alsherhri, 24, 721 First St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no license and improper registration.
  • Oanh K. Le, 30, 4136 Connor Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

  • Audrey M. Darbonne, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking the rear of a legally stopped vehicle.
  • Timothy F. Stewart, 62, of Granite City, Illinois, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
  • Angela J. Caballero, 20, of Mounds, Illinois, and Misti L. May-Roberts, 19, of Thebes, Illinois, were issued summonses for peace disturbance at 330 Siemers Drive.
  • Zachary R.M. Martin, 25, of Cape Girardeau and Austin M. Alexander, 23, of Jackson were issued summonses for peace disturbance at 127 N. Water St.

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges on stealing and trespassing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
