The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Theresa A. Green, 52, 939 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for DWI and striking a parked vehicle.

Arrests

* Sherry L. Niederbach, 36, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violtion.

* Travis W. Shavers Sr., 29, 1518 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violation of adult order of protection.

* Cathryn V. Jaco, 18, 1913 Carolina Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.

* Allison B. Jaco, 19, 1913 Carolina Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jessica Hassan, 19, 244 N. Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Theresa A. Green, 52, 939 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Madison County, Mo., warrant for insufficient check funds.

* A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges for property damage.

* A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges for stealing from Quick N Save, 2861 Themis St.

* Markease M. Hall, 26, 614 Sycamore Circle, No. 123, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summonses

* James H. Lowes, 69, of Jackson was issued a summons for sanitation nuisance.

* Samiya D. Witherspoon, no age given, 2824 Themis St., Apt. 2, was issued a summons for moving a vehicle without reasonable safety.

* Mary K. Bertrand, no age given, 2227 Sussex Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Richard K. Kuntze, 69, 2011 Andrew Drive, was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

Assault

* An assault was reported at 1102 S. Ellis St.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 514 Amethyst St.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at Fresenius Medical Care, 187 Twin Lake Court.

* Theft of purses, eyeglasses and a Wahl trimmer was reported at 51 N. Lake Drive.

* Theft of a handicapped parking placard was reported at 327 N. Park Ave.

* Theft of medication was reported at Regency House of Cape, 141 N. Silver Springs Road.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported at William and Lorimier streets.

* A 55-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A violation of order of protection was reported.

* A 53-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* An 18-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 16-year-old girl was reported as a runaway juvenile.

* Tampering with a vehicle was reported at 3569 Hopper Road.

* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
