The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Gabryale S. Curry, 20, 205 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol, resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Kimberly D. Milner, 30, 510 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Jeffrey E. Saylor, 49, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for driving while intoxicated.

* David R. Nettles, 20, 1546 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and making a false declaration.

* Christy D. Graham, 34, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Delores M. Ross, 36, 934 William St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Markquill D. Sproaps, 22, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault at 724 S. Pacific St.

Summonses

* Nicholas R. Slinkard, 22, 1129 S. Ellis St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 4449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Property damage and a theft of a DVD player were reported at 805 S. Ranney Ave.

Burglary

* A burglary, theft, property damage and armed criminal action were reported at 1819 Montgomery St.

* A back window was reported damaged at 431 Olive St.

Miscellaneous

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* An animal bite was reported.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
