CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Alonzo L. Morgan, 21, 1108 Merriwether St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Deandre Betts, 23, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Hayley J. Yavuz, 31, 315 Kate St., No. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no insurance and driving while revoked.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of property damage and violation of an order of protection.

* Tynell J. Shaw, 38, 1017 Locust St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for property damage.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Damand D. Davis, 20, 1028 N. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested Sept. 6, 2013, on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for nuisance party.

Summonses

* Jessi L. Ungerer, 19, of Millstadt, Ill., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of intoxicants.

* Brandon L. Lang, no age given, of Sullivan, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Dylan W. Andrews, 21, 824 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Lashay E. Pinkerton, 43, of Jackson was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Damand D. Davis, 20, 1028 W. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons for striking a vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* A broken window and theft of a laptop and cellphone were reported at 228 S. Ellis St.

* Burglary and theft of a laptop, Wi-Fi hotspot, cellphones and a saw were reported at 905 Enterprise St.

Thefts

* Sunglasses were reported stolen in the area of Pacific Street and Normal Avenue.

* Money was reported stolen at 1430 Independence St.

* A 1999 maroon Chevrolet Silverado truck with Missouri license plate OSJ-141 was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* A 2002 blue Dodge Grand Caravan with Missouri license plate KHO-J9X was reported stolen at 416 S. Spring St.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 210 S. Hanover St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 1112 Linden St.

* Money was reported stolen at 2001 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* A damaged door and frame were reported at 317 S. Hanover St.

* A window was accidentally broken at Mixing 10, 2 N. Main St.

* Spray paint on a truck bed was reported at 17 S. Hanover St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1433 N. Water St.

SOUTHEAST MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY

The Department of Safety at Southeast Missouri State University released the following item:

* An iPhone 4 and cash were reported stolen at the Aquatic Center.

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Lloyd B. Hargens, 68, of Mill Spring, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Scott E. Blackwell, 59, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Michelle N. Thiele, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

* Jonathan G. Marshall, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, assault of law enforcement officer, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting and interfering with arrest and first-degree tampering, and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation for possession of marijuana.

Arrests

* Carl L. Wood Jr., 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing a bad check.

* Mark S. Nesbit, 41, of Oak Ridge, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of first-degree invasion of privacy.

* Matthew T. Copen, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* David La, 34, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.

* Lindsey M. Noland, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Stefan J. Ryznyk, 59, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree property damage and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Junior Zaguirre, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license.

* James D. Brown, 34, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Haley J. Yavuz, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of failure to appear for a traffic offense and on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Ashley D. Jones, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing a motor vehicle.
