The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Bradley D. Jackson, 36, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Kyla C. Smith, 22, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Zachary J. Durham, 20, 651 Onyx Lane, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, being a minor in possession of alcohol and domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Ashleigh L. Pashia, 23, 25 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing jewelry and household goods from Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* Melissa K. Helmers, 32, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Randolph County, Ill., warrant on a petition to revoke probation for being in unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

* Two boys, ages 8 and 10, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance and assault.

* Courtney A. Rockamann, 19, 330 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing makeup from Walmart, 3439 William St..

* Rachel E. Brown, 19, 330 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing makeup from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Joseph M. Tittle, 26, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for burglary.

* Tracy R. Eldridge, 25, 2500 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Derrick L. Jones, 46, 605 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants -- two for failing to appear for no operators license and one for improper registration; a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation; and a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Heather R. Baker, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Aaron L. Price, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summons

* Gloria Jean Harris, 48, 416 Fitzgerald St., was issued a summons for an illegal sign violation.

Thefts

* A stereo and XM portable music player were reported stolen at 411 Fitzgerald St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1216 Jefferson Ave.

* A laptop and medications were reported stolen at 1802 Oak Hills Drive.

* An Illinois license plate was reported stolen at 212 S. Spanish St.

* A bug zapper was reported stolen at 901 S. Ellis St.

* A cellphone charger, handgun, money and a hunting/fishing license were reported stolen at 1621 Bloomfield St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* An air conditioner and refrigerator were reported stolen at 915 Maple St.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 49-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* An attempt to produce or distribute a controlled substance was reported.
