The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

* Derrick D. Reed, 20, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* Clifton L. Council Jr., 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for traffic violations.

* A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing money.

* Raynisha L. Jones, 17, 809 Ranney Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau and Miner, Mo., warrants for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

* Tyler S. Stone, 19, 3910 Fawn Drive, was arrested on suspicion of three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, resisting/interfering with arrest, possession of marijuana and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Ramelda Laree Rhodes, 31, 410 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Dollar General Store, 724 Broadway.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A Weedeater and push mower were reported stolen at 827 Jefferson Ave.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen

* Shell, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A pistol was reported stolen at 401 E. Cape Rock Drive.

* Shell Dmart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged on North West End Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Illegal dumping on private property was reported.

* A 60-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Two subjects, age not given, were placed in protective custody.

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.
