The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jonathan N. Randol, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to maintain a single land and failure to yield.

Arrests

* Michael J. Bragg Sr., 43, 708 S. Benton St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a leash-law violation, failure to appear for a vicious dog and failure to appear for litter.

* Robert E. Nelson, 45, of Ullin, Ill., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for a traffic violation.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of failure to stop at a stop sign, careless and imprudent driving, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to obey red traffic control device and failure to use a turn signal.

* Justin L. Williams, 23, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

* Tyrone E. Taylor, 54, 1122 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey judge's order.

Summonses

* Jason S. Coalter, 33, 112 S. Broadview St., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

Assaults

* Assault was reported

Thefts

* Theft was reported at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Bi-State, 920 N. Kingshighway.

* A purse and wallet were reported stolen at 20 N. Spanish St.

* Theft was reported at Dollar General Store, 1142 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Windows were reported damaged at 921 Bloomfield St.

* A metal drop box was reported damaged at Armbruster Investments, 1236 Meadowbrook Lane.

Miscellaneous

* A 17-year-old boy was taken into protective custody.
