DWIs

* A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

* Lucretia Sanelle Joiner, 28, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Joshua Ryan Taylor, 21, of Festus, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, improper lane usage and driving without a valid license.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.

* Timothy Roland Conrad, 20, 523 Minnesota Ave., was arrested on suspicion of discharging a firearm within city limits.
