DWIs

* Adam R. Shipley, 19, of St. Charles, Mo., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and exhibition driving.

Arrests

* Johnny L. Warren, age not given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Victoria A. Wallace, 43, 313 S. Spring Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license and not wearing a seat belt.

* Douglas W. Guyton, 30, 3023 Aspen Drive, Apt. 5, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Galen L. Osborne, 21, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for possession of a controlled substance.

* Steven P. Martin-King, 26, 1105 Giboney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of robbery.

* Alex Vernon Watkins, 29, of St. Louis was arrested on a Wentzville, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Cody M. Wilker, 18, 2216 Melrose Ave., was arrested on suspicion of a controlled substance.

* Alandis J. Jones, 20, 521 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and no headlights.

* Jerome L. Bridges, 24, 1040 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

* A subject was arrested pending charges of robbery.

* Misty Renay McIntyre, 25, 338 E. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons for disturbing the peace.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges on second-degree domestic assault and third-degree assault.

* A lawn mower was reported stolen at 1325 Monticello Lane.

* Cash, a cell phone, an iPod and a debit card were reported stolen at 1507 Jessica Drive.

* Money was reported stolen at 1098 St.

* Huck's reported stealing by deceit at 353 S. Kingshighway.

* A cell phone and a charger were reported stolen at 536 Vincent Park Drive.

* A freezer and a refrigerator were reported stolen at 444 Washington St.

* An iPod Nano was reported stolen at 3010 Melrose Ave.

* A credit card was reported stolen at 531 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 4.

* Rhodes reported fuel was stolen at 1126 N. Sprigg St.

* Electronic equipment and medication was reported stolen from a vehicle at 2704 Jewel Drive.

* A purse was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Rhodes reported fuel stolen at 546 S. Sprigg St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported fishing reels stolen. Quincy L. Johnson, 41, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection to the complaint.

Burglary

* Forgery and identity theft were reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Second-degree burglary was reported at 1006 Dearmore Court.

* Burglary and the theft of a purse was reported in the 1000 block of South Ellis Street.

* Burglary and the theft of a laptop, money and a handgun were reported at 203 N. Park Ave.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 3049 William St.

* Two mail boxes were reported damaged at 2806 Gordonville Road.

* A door frame, ceramic sink and a wooden handrail were reported damaged at 416 N. Frederick St.

* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 40-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 24-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 42-year-old woman was taken into protective custody at 701 Broadway.

* A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Sheila Byassee, 49, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Randel J. Otterson, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Michael Stacy, 21, of Burfordville was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Timothy D. Cummings Jr., 25, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and failure to dim lights within 500 feet of oncoming vehicles.

* Mary A. Duran, 21, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant for probation violation.

* Diann L. Guthrie, 51, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott County warrant for passing bad checks.

* Matthew McGee, 31, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Jason R. Schuler, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense, three Arnold, Mo., warrants for failure to appear on nonmoving traffic offense and one Arnold, Mo., warrant for a traffic offense.

* Clayton J. Havill, 38, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Stephen P. Clark, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.

* Scott A. Henson, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of child abuse.

* Robert W. Rybicki, 49, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
