The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Kaylee A. Webb, 23, of Cape Girardeau faces charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Kevin S. Moore Jr., 25, 801 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no insurance.
  • Tony L. Criddle, 52, 1206 Big Bend Road, was arrested at 1126 N. Sprigg St. on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
  • Anthony K. Wilson, 19, 223 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for peace disturbance.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault at 510 N. Fountain St.
  • Atiya L. Hudson, 20, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested at Fountain Street and Washington Avenue on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
  • Austin A. Abernathy, 27, 2844 Lear Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
  • Richard Lynn McCoy, 36, 150 S. Minnesota Ave., was arrested in the 3000 block of Mimosa Drive on three warrants.

Charges

  • Lindsey D. Medlin, 29, of Scott City faces charges of possession of marijuana, failure to drive on the right half of roadway at Sprigg Street and Lafayette Place.
  • Megan R. Abernathy, 18, of Jackson faces charges of possession of a controlled substance at Kingshighway and Independence Street.

Assaults

  • Domestic assault and property damage were reported in the 600 block of Boxwood Drive.
  • Domestic assault was reported in the 3000 block of Mimosa Drive.
  • A juvenile was cited for assault at 330 N. Spring Ave.
  • Assault was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
  • Third-degree domestic assault was reported.

  • Second-degree robbery was reported at Frederick and North streets.

Thefts

  • Motor-vehicle theft was reported at Water and Fifth streets.
  • Stealing and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card was reported at 103 N. Kingshighway.
  • Motor-vehicle theft was reported at 2835 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

  • Possession of marijuana was reported at North Kingshighway and Kingsway Drive.
  • A weapons violation was reported at East Rodney Drive and Themis Street.
  • Birthright, 2633 Hopper Road, reported fraud.
  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • Request for service was made at 338 N. Park Ave.
  • Harassment was reported in the 700 block of Penny Avenue.
  • Child abuse was reported.
  • Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

  • Frinbrinzo J. Boyd, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection and third-degree domestic assault.
  • Marquan J. Gray, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana-synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Daonte D. Tate, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana-synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Lawrence A. Underwood, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana-synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Kalin P. Ellis, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of the purchase-attempt to purchase or possession of liquor by minor.
  • Desmond D. Dennard, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.
