The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of methamphetamine.

* Eric D. Woods, 26, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of forcible rape.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Johnny L. Johnson, 35, 722 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault, felonious restraining, property damage and endangering the welfare of a child.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.

Summonses

* Dakotah L. Prasun, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Craig T. Hoerstkamp, no age given, of Washington, Missouri, was issued a summons for improper turn.

* Reed M. Thomas, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons damaging a basement window at 3802 Valley View Lane.

* Kimberly Anderson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady red light, no insurance and no valid operator's license.

Property damage

* A truck tire was reported damaged at 3439 William St.

Thefts

* Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported clothing stolen.

* Miscellaneous items, shoes and a purse were reported stolen at 101 S. Pacific St.

Burglaries

* Burglary and the theft of tools were reported at 2039 Cape LaCroix Road.

* Burglary and theft of a computer, amplifier, keys and a cordless drill were reported at 51 Hazel Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 41-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A 24-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Violation of an order of protection was reported.
