The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Saumic Chandravadan Patel, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Thefts

* Savannah Courtney Mace, 17, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3049 William St.

* Theft was reported at Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway.

* Theft was reported at 2011 N. Kingshighway.

* Burglary and stealing were reported at 143 S. Henderson Ave.

* Theft was reported at 440 Broadway.

* Theft was reported at Denny's, 161 West Drive.

Arrests

* Galen Venare Shoulder, 33, 1100 William St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Ronald Elbert, 32, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* Tiffany Marie Franklin, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Brandon Arthur, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Kadesia Harris, 18, 319 Hart St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Kimberly Jane Short, 44, of Indianapolis was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Jawuan Howard, 19, 408 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of a nuisance party.

* Kyle A. Campbell, 19, 713 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at 3049 William St.
