The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Robert A. Delaria, 23, 421 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane and driving with a revoked license.

Arrests

* Amy N. Dodd, 29, 1618 Oak Lane, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for probation for assault and failure to appear for trespassing.

* Cynthia K. Pender, 39, no address given, was arrested on an Arnold, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Darius L. Washington, 23, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for false declaration and revoked operator's license.

* Brian L. Cole, 56, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Calvin Payne, 51, 1118 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and received a summons for failure to keep private property free of litter.

* Jamie L. Bell, 32, of Puxico, Mo., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Kristina J. Cecil, 29, 912 Hickory St., was arrested on a Mississippi County, Mo., warrant for no financial responsibility.

Summonses

* Wesley K. Manuel, 35, of Jackson received a summons for assault.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Burglary

* Jewelry and money were reported stolen at 2632 Janet Drive.

* A stove, air conditioner, refrigerator, stereo and two televisions were reported stolen at 918 William St.

Thefts

* Cigarettes were reported stolen and a vehicle window was reported damaged at 909 N. Missouri Ave.

* Money was reported stolen and a vehicle window was reported damaged at 1728 Pemiscot St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1730 Georgia St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft was reported at 221 E. Cape Rock Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* A 30-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
