Cape Girardeau police report 9/3/14

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Charli D. Decker, 19, 1950 Delwin St., No. 8, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Margaret A. Fowler, 45, 705 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense and on a New Madrid County warrant for larceny.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* John D. Deloach, 26, 840 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.

* Bradley J. Brown, 35, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on two Stoddard County warrants for child neglect and nonsupport.

Summonses

* Gregory S. Hefflinger, 18, of 153 Franks Lane, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drugs.

* Jerome D. Gaines, no age given, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Assault

* Assault was reported at 1003 S. Pacific St.

Theft

* Stealing was reported at 951 Perry Ave.

Property damage

* Dents and damage to a vehicle's rear window were reported at 1947 New Madrid St.

Burglary

* Burglary and the theft of a computer, firearm, Nintendo, Xbox 360 and controllers, PlayStation 3 and a spare key were reported at 1330 N. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
