CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Heo Junghwu, 23, 1000 Towers Circle, room 1103, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for no insurance.

* Charles Depauw, 31, 8 N. Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Devon Banks, 17, 536 S. Middle St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and trespassing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of property damage/unlawful use of a weapon.

* Ricky Stephens, 21, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 211, was arrested for a probation violation.

Summonses

* A 16-year-old girl was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Bret A. Modglin, 26, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Sean M. Skaggs, 23, 412 Sheridan Drive, Apt. F, was issued a summons for failure to notify police and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Christina M. Farrow, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield to oncoming traffic.

Miscellaneous

* Drugs were found in the area of 3049 William Street.

* A 17-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
