The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Monica V. Brown, 38, 330 N. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Leonard L. Phillips, 33, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and on suspicion of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and trafficking crack cocaine.

* Darius L. Washington, 23, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for false declaration, revoked operator's license and failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Levi R. Elledge, 33, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Rhodes, 1624 Kingshighway St., reported a theft of fuel.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 2143 Belleridge Pike.

* Rhodes, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

* A trumpet was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety reported the following item.

Theft

* Tools were reported stolen in parking lots 2 and 3.
