CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated in the 1900 block of William Street.

Arrests

• Mariah A. Islas, 23, 1706 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant.
• Kelley A. McDonald, 30, 416 N. Frederick St., was arrested at 1701 Lacey St. on a Pulaski County, Missouri, warrant.

Charges

• Zachary C. Pullam, 21, 1453 Luce St., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 1453 Luce St.
• Kelbie B. Rodgers, 24, of Scott City was charged with assault at Sprigg and Morgan Oak streets.

Assaults

• Assault was reported in the 300 block of South Lorimier Street.
• Domestic assault was reported in the 1400 block of Luce Street.

Thefts

• Motor-vehicle theft was reported at 217 N. Henderson Ave.
• Shoplifting was reported at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

Miscellaneous

• A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody at North Main and Themis streets.
• An animal bite was reported at 1439 Whitener St.
