The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Darrin E. Scruggs, 42, 1537 N. West End Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, two counts of failure to signal and failure to drive on the right half of road.

Arrests

* Gregory L. Bailey Jr., 21, 1104 William St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Bianca M. Johnson, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and property damage.

* Kaleb S. Cowan, 23, 1015 S. Bloomfield St., No. 105, was arrested on Perry County warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility and animal abuse.

Thefts

* A Samsung Galaxie tablet was reported stolen at 805 S. Ellis St.

* Money was reported stolen at 800 S. Pacific St.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 1 S. Kingshighway.

* License plates were reported stolen at 820 N. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* A 52-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
