The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and stealing.

* Derick D. Tucker, 30, 1649 Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and a probation violation.

Summonses

* Faysal J. Sadik, no age given, 1326 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 7, was issued a summons for improper lane change.

* Kevin S. Moore, no age given, 31 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for driving a motorcycle with an expired driver's license, unlicensed motorcycle and no insurance.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft were reported at 806 Themis St.

Thefts

* Theft of a vehicle battery was reported at 316 S. Lorimier St.

* Computers were reported stolen at Alternative Opportunities, 3105 Independence St.

* Tools were reported stolen at 35 S. Park Ave.

* Rape was reported.

* A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 21-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* David M. Huff, 49, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Misty D. Rolens, 32, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* John J. Wisely, 28, of Delta was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

* Steven L. McCormick Jr., 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Amanda D. McCarter, 25, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
